We bring together Community and Law Enforcement

We use safe spaces and dialogue to identify shared values and resolve differences. Our desired outcome is increased trust and improved relationships. The polar opposite views; the community feels like the police has a license to kill and a blank check to use excessive force, while the police feel that they are unfairly under a microscope of constant judgement while doing what they were trained to do.

Of course there is a lot more to this story and believe it or not, a lot more that each side has in common, than they disagree with. Both sides are trying to make our neighborhoods and communities safer and want to be respected as people, as each side deserves to be. In the end we are all human, no one is perfect and we have a lot more to gain by working together, than not.
